2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates We fulfill orders domestically to ensure reliable delivery.
- Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Denver, Colorado, USA.
- Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time within the United States is 7 to 13 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.
3. Shipping Cost We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. No handling or delivery fees apply.
4. Tax Information
- Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and state laws.
- No Customs Fees: Since we ship from within the United States to US addresses, there are no customs duties or import fees applied to your order.
5. Shipping Locations We currently ship exclusively to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). If your destination is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
6. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can track your shipment status through the link provided in the email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
